What Is Early Ages Family Day Care?

Early Ages Family Day Care is Commonwealth Government funded and approved services. Our services aims to provide a flexible, quality home based child care services that meets the individual needs of families and their children.

Care is provided by carefully selected, registered and insured educators who are able to care for children in a friendly, comfortable, safe and stimulating home environment.

Educators with Early Aged Family Day Care Services are self-employed who are supported and supervised by the Coordination Unit staff. Field workers visit educators on a regular basis to monitor the development of children, offer support and guidance and ensure the home and educator continue to meet high quality standards.

The Coordination’s Unit administers the service according to the Commonwealth Government Guidelines and the educators work according to the Education and Care Services National Law 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011, National Standards for Family Day Care, the Quality Practise Guide and the Service Policies have been developed to support them.
